For significant printing requirements, we offer an optional bulk system that ensures continuous printing. An automated bulk system with a 400 ml bulk tank for solvent-based inks ensures an uninterrupted ink flow and minimizes downtime of machines and systems.

A bulk system with a 950 ml bulk bottle is available for low-viscosity liquids, especially water-based inks. This also guarantees a continuous flow of ink and minimizes downtime for machines and systems.

Our high-resolution inkjet printer, which enables high-resolution printing with exceptional precision up to a print height of 12.7 mm per print head, stands for quality and reliability. By cascading the print heads, this print height can even be increased up to 50.8 mm to offer flexible solutions for different requirements. And thanks to the use of heatable print heads, the excellent print quality remains constant even in cold production environments.

Despite its compact design, the print head guarantees maximum operational reliability and availability, making it ideal for integration. Cartridge interlock monitoring ensures that everything works properly. Another plus is the constant monitoring and storage of cartridge fill levels, which allows us to automatically ensure the optimum operating parameters for the ink used.

Considering that time is a precious commodity, we have integrated the "hot swap function", which enables a smooth cartridge change during operation. This allows you to continue working without interruption and concentrate fully on your main tasks.

The HR 2K controller is suitable for operating up to two print heads, while the HR 4K controller can operate up to four print heads. Both models have a robust, high-quality housing made of stainless steel and designed especially for tough everyday industrial use.

The controllers are built to IP65 protecion class and are therefore protected against dust and splash water. This feature makes them ideal for the toughest industrial conditions. As they stand out with a consistent graphical user interface that uses the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) principle, you can always expect a true-to-life representation of your print content.

Furthermore, they support full True Type Font (TTF) and Unicode including UTF-8, offering maximum design freedom for your print texts and ensuring that you can use all the necessary characters and fonts when creating your print content.
