Change of management at REA Elektronik heralds a new era
Mühltal, March 2025 - REA Elektronik, a pioneer in industrial coding and marking, is making a dynamic start to the new year: André Frohnert took over as Managing Director on January 1, 2025 and will play a key role in shaping the future direction and development of the company in this position.
André Frohnert, a graduate industrial engineer specializing in mechanical engineering, brings international expertise in sustainable business development and agile approaches to corporate management. His impressive career led him from his previous position as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Poly-clip System GmbH & Co. KG to the commercial management of REA Elektronik in spring 2024. Mr. Frohnert stands out in particular for his modern management style combined with traditional values, an excellent understanding of company processes and organization as well as proven financial knowledge. His profound expertise in managing operational units as well as his experience in private equity and family-run companies make him a valuable addition to REA Elektronik.
Together with owner Wolfgang Pauly, André Frohnert will keep the company on course for innovation. Mr Pauly explains: "With his global expertise and his focus on continuous process optimization, André Frohnert will make a significant contribution to optimally positioning REA Elektronik for the challenges of the future. Michael Neuschäfer, who has made a significant contribution to the company's success as Managing Director since 2008, is handing over the baton. Under his leadership, REA Elektronik has experienced impressive growth. Mr. Neuschäfer will continue to be on hand to advise the company.
