REA JET ST 2.0

The spray mark blocks of the REA JET ST series, consisting of the SRP-7, SRP-10 and SRP-16 models, offer customized industrial coding and marking solutions with electro-pneumatic control via a 3/2-way valve and integrated nozzle and air head flushing. They are versatile and process paints, inks and abrasive media, including REA hot-signing inks (100 °C to 1000 °C) and glow-resistant inks up to 650 °C. With a print speed of up to 75 m/min, all models offer high efficiency.

The SRP-7 model with a print height of 25 to 130 mm is ideal for compact applications. The SRP-10 impresses with a print height of 40 to 200 mm and also supports 2D Codes. For particularly demanding markings, the SRP-16 offers a print height of 60 to 350 mm, supports 2D Codes and enables two-line markings.

The modular system technology can be individually expanded and adapted. The stainless steel control cabinet complies with IP54 protecion class and is designed for marking and coding with sprayable media.

The spray mark blocks are controlled via the REA JET TITAN Platform, REA's uniform and cross-technology operating concept. This intuitive platform makes it possible to efficiently manage and control various coding and marking technologies.

We offer a wide range of material pressure tanks through to complete material supply cabinets, most of which are equipped with a pneumatic drum lid lifter and circulation pump. To prevent production interruptions, we have redundant systems with automatic changeover for continuous production. Our systems are modularly expandable, e.g. with automatic refilling, various fill level sensors and other options.

The REA system range also includes fully automatic color change systems and monitoring systems for flow and viscosity. For extreme temperatures, we offer air-conditioned or heated tanks.

Our solutions range from single 1.5 liter tanks to fully equipped cabinets. REA material pressure vessels (MDBs) are available in sizes from 1.5 to 45 liters, with optional features such as agitators, circulation, level indicators and drip pans.
