Control in the production line
Inline verification stands for a check in the production line. REA VERIFIER can support this inspection with the measuring devices so that results supplied by scanners inline have a reference to real measurement results. Furthermore, an automated, metrological random sample inspection can be used to carry out a 100% metrological check for slow processes. In the case of fast processes, it is possible to check a significantly higher and therefore more significant sample quantity than would be possible manually by means of automated ejection, trade show and re-introduction.
