The REA LABEL 5-color label printer is an advanced, toner-based full color printer in a compact desktop format, especially designed to produce durable, high-quality labels. With its innovative 5-color printing technology, it enables the production of labels that not only shine in brilliant colors, but are also resistant to abrasion, moisture and UV radiation.
The high print resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi in color guarantees razor-sharp details and vivid color reproduction. This is particularly important for applications where the readability and presentation of the labels are of the utmost importance, such as in product marking, logistics or retail.
The REA LABEL ES 5 color label printer uses individual toner cartridges in the colors CMYCW (cyan, magenta, yellow, black and white), allowing it to be precisely adapted to specific printing requirements. By adding the white color (W), an additional dimension of color and design is achieved, which is particularly effective with transparent or dark label materials.
With a remarkable print speed of up to 152 mm per second (at 300 dpi), the printer is also suitable for high print volumes without sacrificing quality. This makes it an efficient solution for companies that require both flexibility and speed in label production.
Versatility in terms of supported media is another outstanding feature of this printer. It can print on matte, semi-gloss and high-gloss paper types as well as on various plastics. Special labels such as hang tags can also be processed effortlessly. Print widths from 21.2 mm to 125.8 mm are supported, which covers a wide range of possible applications.
