Injection system
The injection systems (EDS) are particularly suitable for very small dot and line markings. The dot size is set by selecting the nozzle size, different material pressure and continuous adjustment on the controller.
The REA JET One Dot System (REA JET EDS) is an innovative and versatile marking system designed for precise dot and line marking. This compact system is ideal for use with various inks, paints and varnishes.
A key feature of the REA JET EDS is its ability to apply the same amount of medium with precise accuracy. This ensures consistent and high-quality marking on different surfaces. The system can also be used for pre-treatment of surfaces, further emphasizing its versatility.
There are two main variants of the system:
- REA JET EDS: Especially suitable for dot marking, even with pigmented inks.
- REA JET EDS II: A robust heavy-duty version with IP65 protecion class for more demanding environments.
The system offers impressive precision with fine dot and line markings in thicknesses from 0.2 to 3 mm. To meet different application needs, nozzle sizes of 80, 130, 270, 350 and 500 µm are available, allowing for different drop sizes.
The system is controlled by the REA JET EDC, a compact marking system for dot and line marking. The EDC controller can be used to control up to two REA JET EDS single-nozzle print heads, further increasing the flexibility and efficiency of the system.

With the REA JET Label Creator, labels and print layouts can be created fast and easily for the various REA JET Coding and Marking Systems. Individual objects can be freely positioned and individually parameterized.
