Eighth episode of "REA Marking Professionals on Site" with the connection between relaxation and the necessary bang for the buck
Mühltal, August 15, 2021 - Exact and reliable marking ensures the traceability of high-quality industrial products. On their tour of Germany, the Marking Professionals from REA Elektronik present many exciting places where they are indispensable. And they also have a surprise or two in store. In the latest video about marking in the bagging industry, it gets muddy and calming - before it pops and dusts. The film has been online since today.
This time, marking professionals Daniel Wege (Business Development Manager) and Frank Debusmann (Sales Director national coding and marking systems) are guests at Hans G. Hauri KG Mineralstoffwerke in Bötzingen. Before that, however, they are enjoying some relaxation in Bad Bellingen - with a muddy fango treatment. The healing mud comes from Hauri. This is because Mineralstoffwerke is "more than just a quarry", as Wege emphasizes, but rather "a highly innovative medical technology company", as Debusmann adds. What is extracted from the mountain by blasting is a "high-tech product made from a natural raw material", explains Frank Hauri. Together with his brother Thomas, he is the second generation to run the family business. Originally, it mainly supplied the building materials industry, but now, with its rock of volcanic origin, it also ensures healthy soils as well as the well-being of animals and humans. Vulcanite fango leaves the plant as a mineral-rich medical product - and has to be marked accordingly. The video shows how it is extracted and which coding and marking technologies are used for it and for Hauri's other bagged products. Wege sums it up as follows: "A quarry, a fango application and REA JET printing systems - a great combination."
Real professionals know no summer break - and so the next episode of "REA Marking Professionals on Site" will go online on the REA website on September 15. The topic with which the REA Elektronik video series will continue is still a well-kept secret.
