Re-certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 successfully passed despite Corona!
Exactly 3 years ago, REA was successfully certified for the first time in accordance with the revised DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Corona is currently turning all our lives and work upside down. Now, in spring of all times, the certificate was in danger of losing its validity.
Despite very extensive precautionary measures to maintain the ability to deliver to our customers and to preserve as many jobs as possible, the quality management system was not only lived continuously by all employees, but was also decisively further developed and digitized in the course of the expansion and modernization of our product portfolio.
We received certification of this on March 27, 2020 after a comprehensive 3-day inspection by Technische Überwachung Hessen GmbH (TÜV).
Proof of a functioning quality management system is required by many customers worldwide and is therefore often a contractual component of supply contracts.
We are very pleased that we were able to do this in time for our direct customers, sales partners and subsidiaries despite the new situation and rules of conduct for all of us.
