The weekly mountain bike tour has established itself as a fixed ritual. Colleagues of all ages and fitness levels come together here and ride together through the Odenwald - in sun, rain or even snow. It's not the pace that counts here, but the fun and shared success!
A special offer for all employees is bicycle leasing: every employee has the opportunity to lease a bicycle via REA, similar to a company car, using the 1% rule. The company also passes on a 20% subsidy on the leasing rate to the employees. A clever alternative for anyone who enjoys cycling, as the bike can also be used privately without restriction.
