Good durability on the elastic surface and a high contrast between the printing ink and the often dark background are important for rubber markings. Alphanumeric codes, QR codes, batch numbers, dot markings, colored lines and other markings make a decisive contribution to product quality, global traceability and smooth production and delivery logistics. We have therefore developed our Rubber Printing System (RPS) for marking rubber. With this contact-free inkjet system, we use especially water-based, solvent-free inks for rubber compounds and their different surface properties. The inks are perfectly matched to the vulcanization process and leave no residue on the vulcanization moulds.

Together with the tire industry, we have developed the REA JET Rubber Printing System (RPS) for marking raw materials and semi-finished products. The special inkjet printers work with environmentally friendly, solvent-free, water-based inks. These are optimally matched to different rubber compounds and leave no imprint in the vulcanization mould.
