REA promotes young talent
The promotion of our junior staff is very important to us. Our aim is to provide them with qualified and, above all, practical training.
To achieve this, we involve our trainees as closely as possible in their day-to-day work right from the start and assign them individual projects that promote their personal strengths.
One example of the successful implementation of a trainee project is the automation of cartridge production. In order to meet the high demand for consumables in the HR area, internal processes were to be made more efficient. A mechatronics trainee took on the project together with his training supervisor. With organizational skills, mechanical sensitivity and experienced support on his side, the budding mechatronics technician successfully completed the project: the optimization was carried out by establishing a completely self-developed system, with which both the programming of the cartridge and the handling of the chip assembly were significantly improved at a manual workstation. The increased level of automation enables a more efficient process, minimizes potential sources of error and saves time.
REA is currently training 18 trainees in technical-mechanical and commercial professions.
