Thermal inkjet (TIJ) printing technology has established itself as a versatile and efficient solution in various industrial applications. This printing process is based on the heating of ink droplets in order to apply them to various substrates.
The thermal inkjet technolgie (TIJ) is a widely used technology for ink-based marking of primary and secondary packaging. It works by generating vapor bubbles that control the ink flow. Electrical pulses are used to heat micro-resistance heaters in the nozzles, which quickly heats the ink to around 300°C. A vapor bubble is produced, which pushes a drop of ink out of the nozzle. As it cools, the bubble collapses and fresh ink is drawn in. These processes are repeated thousands of times per second, enabling precise placement of the drops.
Precise control by the software allows for high resolution and sharp print images, ideal for fine details such as 2D Codes and barcodes. TIJ printers are flexible and can print on different materials (paper, plastic, metal) with different types of ink. They are fast and easy to maintain, making them particularly suitable for mass production.
The REA JET HR 2.0, REA JET HR and REA JET HR pro OEM marking models available from us offer reliability, quality and accuracy with high resolution marking of up to 600 dpi and a speed potential of 762 m/min.
The REA JET HR 2.0 Inkjet Printers with HP printing technology offer an impressive resolution of up to 600 x 1500 dpi and can operate at speeds of up to 762 m/min. Operation is user-friendly and takes place either via a touch display or by turning and pressing on the controller. Thanks to the replacement of the print unit every time the cartridge is changed, the printer requires no maintenance or service.
It is ideal for marking smooth and absorbent surfaces with alphanumeric text, codes, variable data and logos up to a print height of 12.7 mm per print head. Several print heads can be combined for larger print images.
With an output of up to 90 serialized printers per second and production speeds of 762 m/min, the inkjet printer is ideal for industrial applications.
The REA JET HR 1.0 Inkjet Printer, based on HP printing technology, offers an impressive resolution of 600 dpi and can reach speeds of up to 762 m/min. It is operated via a turn/push control. When the cartridge is changed, a new print unit is automatically supplied, keeping the printer maintenance and service free.
The printer is able to easily print alphanumeric text, codes, variable data and logos on both smooth and absorbent surfaces, with a maximum print height of 12.7 mm per print head. Several print heads can be combined for larger text images.
With an output of up to 50 serialized printers per second and a production speed of 762 m/min, the inkjet printer is ideal for industrial applications.
