The REA JET ST 2.0 spray mark system is ideal for clearly readable long-distance marking with inks and varnishes. Multiple spray mark heads can be combined into a block to create alphanumeric markings, material designations, batch numbers, 2D Codes and logos in heights from 40 mm to 700 mm. It is also suitable for applying primers and process fluids.
Especially in the aluminum and steel industry, the system reliably meets the requirements for annealing-resistant and hot-signing inks. It offers an automated alternative to stencil technology and marking pens.
It is controlled via the intuitive REA JET TITAN Platform, which enables efficient management and control of various coding and marking technologies.
The compact REA JET STC system is ideal for small to medium sized dot marking with low material requirements, especially for quality marking of components. It can be flexibly operated with 125 ml or 500 ml ink containers to meet different production requirements.
A key advantage of the system is its complete pre-configuration, which allows it to be ready for immediate use without additional set-up time and minimizes potential errors during installation.

It has a modular design and is customizable. The stainless steel control cabinet complies with IP54 and is suitable for marking with splashable media.
One to four spray mark heads and up to four colors can be used simultaneously. The system supports manual and automatic operation. Built-in rinsing functions ensure good re-spray behavior. An optional circulation pump and agitator prevent pigments from settling.
The REA JET EDS is a versatile marking system for precise dot and line marking, ideal for various inks, paints and varnishes. It guarantees uniform markings and is suitable for surface pre-treatment.
With a precision of 0.2 to 3 mm marking thickness and nozzles from 80 to 500 µm, it offers flexible drop sizes. The EDC controller enables up to two print heads to be controlled.
