The new generation of REA JET GK 2.0 high resolution coding and marking systems, based on piezo technology (PIJ), is suitable for direct, high-contrast marking on absorbent and porous surfaces such as wood, cardboard or paper with a variable print height of up to 100 mm per print head.
Texts, 1D/2D Codes and graphics such as company logos or product images can be freely combined. A horizontal resolution of up to 1200 dpi ensures high print quality with excellent edge definition directly on the product. This makes the new generation of piezo inkjet printers a cost-saving and flexible alternative to labels or pre-printed cartons.
The colored, solvent-free inks of the REA JET GK 2.0 are particularly suitable for porous surfaces and can be easily changed during operation. The optional maintenance module ensures simple, fast cleaning with minimum maintenance and optimum availability.
Various device versions are available depending on the marking requirements and installation situation. The compact design enables easy integration.

Controller

Our REA JET GK 2.0 printing system offers you the choice between two different controllers: the Universal Controller and the Universal Touch Controller. Both enable intuitive operation of the system.

The Universal Controller has rotary and push-button operation on the controller as well as a ten-key keyboard and a cursor block. This allows you to control up to two GK print heads simultaneously and achieve a print height of up to 200 mm.

The Universal Touch Controller is designed with state-of-the-art technology and is operated exclusively via a large 10.1" touch display. The user interface is tile-based and particularly user-friendly, even when wearing gloves. Up to four GK print heads can be connected to this controller, enabling a maximum print height of 400 mm.

Our REA JET GK 2.0 print heads are an advanced solution for industrial marking tasks. Two model variants are available, which differ mainly in the maximum print height. The GK 768/256 print head allows an impressive print height of up to 100 mm, making it ideal for applications that require large characters. The GK 384/128, on the other hand, offers a print height of up to 50 mm, making it ideal for smaller markings and equally precise applications.

Another decisive advantage of the REA JET GK 2.0 series is its high IP65 protecion class. This ensures excellent resistance to dust and water.

The flexibility of the REA JET GK 2.0 print heads is also increased by their availability in two versions: On the one hand, there are permanently connected versions that impress with their robust design and do not require any additional installations. On the other hand, a hose-connected version is available, which enables flexible integration into complex production lines and therefore offers greater variability in installation.

Ink supply unit

The REA JET GK 2.0 stands out for its efficient ink supply unit and low consumables costs. It uses environmentally friendly, solvent-free REA JET inks, which are available in various colors. The freely selectable horizontal print resolution allows flexible adaptation to different printing requirements.

A clean change of ink bottles during operation minimizes interruptions and maximizes productivity. Overall, the REA JET GK 2.0 offers a cost-effective, environmentally friendly and user-friendly printing solution.
